Chris started in his family business helping his parents in their office after school, and when he was old enough to work towards obtaining his real estate license, he did at only 18 years old! Since then he has been successfully selling and listing homes in the greater Fort Myers Beach area for the last 30 years. He is one of the top 5% of all Realtors in the area and consistently rank more closed transactions than 95% of the other Realtors in the community.
He has worked diligently over the past 30 years in this position of success and have several of the highest honors and real estate designations in the industry, including: CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, GRI - Graduate of The Realtors Institute, Honor Society Awards by the Board of Realtors, and the coveted 'Realtor Associate of The Year' award, as well as 'Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate' based on a multiple of closings on quality upper-end properties.
The family started the business in 1980 and since then we continue to serve our customers and clients that have become our friends. Loffreno Real Estate Inc. is the longest established local Real Estate firm on Fort Myers Beach under continuous ownership!
