My first career was as an electronics electrician. After receiving my electrical license I established and managed an electrical company wiring residential, commercial, and industrial properties. I soon started purchasing residential real estate to rehab and sell or lease.
After several projects in Bullitt, Jefferson, and Oldham counties, I branched out to include commercial and industrial properties to rehab for sale or lease. After owning and managing over a million square feet of real estate, I endeavored to obtain a real estate license of my own.
